Yet, Romania lacks an educational space where leaders could learn how to transition from “business as usual” to sustainable business practices. This inspired us to create the SustainAbility School. We’ve hosted over 120 webinars and developed sustainability-focused modules for five pillars to help leaders integrate sustainable values and skills into their work. Now, we’re taking it a step further with a comprehensive e-learning platform that brings the latest sustainability insights to you - whenever and wherever you need them.

To smoothly guide through this transformation, we have developed several categories of courses:
- Level 1 covers the fundamentals of sustainability and global challenges
- Level 2 explores sustainability in business, transcending industries and departments, while delving into advanced concepts related to compliance with the circular economy, doughnut economics, legislation, and non-financial reporting obligations.
- Level 3 focuses on specialized approaches, integrating sustainability across all departments. It goes beyond best practices, translating strategy into specific objectives and indicators.

We are relaunching the program in an extended format, with updated and diversified content, to better respond to the complex challenges of sustainability and to support professionals in the private sector in the inevitable transition from "Business as Usual" to Sustainable Business.
