For me, sustainability is a lifelong partner. The metaphor I use is that of a watering can. Just like any plant needs water to grow, in order to contribute to the growth of sustainability seeds, I need to water the seeds I see around me. And like any watering can, I must be refilled to keep going. SustainAbility School is a great opportunity for me to deepen my knowledge, understand what is happening, and grasp what is specific to Romania so that I can pass it on to the seeds sprouting within Endava and beyond the company’s doors.

I had the honor of doing two SustainAbility School sessions this year. Until they contacted me, I was not aware of the treasure trove of excellent resources that they offer. The recorded sessions are focused, relevant, insightful, and practical. I connect with many organizations that provide sustainability education. This is one of the best.
Sustainability is a journey from reducing and recycling to rethinking and regrowth, a move from top-down governance to bottom-up collective action. We are all ignorant at the start and will never quite get it all, but at each hesitation along the way, knowledge institutions are there to gather, infer, create and pass on that little bit of help and enlightenment that makes us carry on.

I am impressed by the way that SustainAbility School brings together ambitious ideas for the new economy while fostering practical action that businesses can take.
